Mallory Adams-Faulkner

COO

Mallory Adams-Faulkner is a dynamo. She is always busy accomplishing something incredible. She is driven to succeed, and no task is ever too challenging for her. Mallory incorporates her tenacity into her leadership skills, by inspiring the team to improve their performance threshold each day. “There is nothing more thrilling than observing a teammate’s expansion.”

Growing up on a small cattle ranch in Idaho, Mallory learned to work hard and love the outdoors. From an early age, she learned the value of helping others. It warms her heart when people are kind, loving, and generous.

Her grandparents were a wonderful example of this. They spent their lives serving those around them, by means of giving their time and resources to their local community. She observed, “Their wealth was in their ability to give, not in what they obtained.” She brings that same idea into her professional life. Mallory’s goal is to take the burden away from our clients. “Cultivating an organization to where a client can lean on us in a crucial time of need, is where we can make the most meaningful impact for our clients.”

She takes care of the mundane and tedious. She helps our clients know that they are in good hands and does anything in her power to aid in their success. She is never satisfied with good enough; she wants every client’s experience to be exceptional.

Mallory is the COO at TrueNorth Wealth. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business communications. Her experience in business and management is myriad. Mallory is persistent, competitive, organized, and takes the initiative to make things happen. Her experience includes being a small business owner, a school director, and an operations manager for an insurance broker. She had the unique opportunity to travel internationally as an apprentice under an Olympic Equestrian in Germany.

Aside from her Equine passion, Mallory enjoys spending her free time with her husband Darren, with whom they share a joint passion for CrossFit. “I love to test my mind and body every day. CrossFit helps me push past boundaries that I once considered impossible.”
