Tricia has spent nearly 20 years working with retirement plans and plan participants. As a Client Experience Manager with True North Retirement Services, her primary focus is to guide plan sponsors through the ever-changing terrain of rules and regulations of corporate sponsored retirement plans and cash balance plans. Her role is to create an environment that promotes positive outcomes for both plan sponsors and their employees through creative plan design, fiduciary reviews, employee education meetings, as well as rollover assistance. Her process driven approach and disciplined, periodic reviews help keep clients “on track” with their goals. She truly wants to see everyone be able to retire with grace and dignity.

Tricia’s passion is for helping those in need, and Tricia has received “The Volunteer of the Year” award for Matrix Human Services. She also actively participates with other charities, such as, The Build Institute, Detroit Soup, Focus Hope, United Way, Let’s Go Detroit, among others. Tricia’s passion led her to take part in Leadership Oakland class where they are committed to making influential change in Oakland County. She truly believes one person can change the world.
